The PowerDent Pulse Team
We have three dental professionals who have looked at all the needs of denture patients and
oral appliance wearers and developed a line of products that is unique, functional and
effective in maintaining a high standard of oral care. The team consists of a denturist, dentist
and a dental laboratory owner.
Jim Harrison D.D.
Jim is a successful denturist in Collingwood and has operated his own clinic for over 20 years. Jim is married and has 6 children and is passionate about providing the best in his professional life and personal life. Along with his unique creation Jim is a member of the Denturist Association of Ontario and regularly attends continuing education. Jim recently opened his new clinic in Collingwood providing a state-of-the-art denture clinic ensuring that his patients receive the highest level of care.
Along with dental implant knowledge Jim has travelled to Lisbon to visit the largest implant training centre in the world. Jim is a leader in his field and has an unbelievable passion to help his patients with their denture needs.
Ali Khonsari CDA II
Ali and his wife Jennifer own and operate Image Dental Laboratory in Barrie, Ontario. Ail is a level II dental assistant and has a modern dental laboratory that allows the creation of unique dental prosthetics. Ali is passionate about providing dental care providers with the best products and services available.
Ali has worked for over 10 years in the marketing and financial aspects of the laboratory and organizes all the continuing education events that run at the lab. His goal with the Harrison Hygiene team is to provide insight from a manufacturing perspective as it relates to the needs of denture patients and oral appliance users. Ali has taken numerous courses at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) and also travelled to Lisbon to see the largest dental implant facility.
Dr. John Miller D.D.S.
Dr. Miller is one of the most passionate individuals you may ever meet. Dr. Miller received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree at the University of Western Ontario and has been in private practice for over 10 years. Upon graduation Dr. Miller completed a year-long residency program at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto and has committed himself to ongoing continuing education, including completion of a surgical implant dentistry training program with Dr. Ken Hebel as well as advanced neuromuscular dentistry and restorative dentistry training at one of North Americas most well respected dental learning centers, the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies.
Dr. Miller is focused on providing his patients with only the best treatment and service. His caring approach and attention to detail are echoed by both staff and patients alike. Alongside his professional life, Dr. Miller is also an active member of the Collingwood community, supporting many local groups. He is passionate about his involvement with the Rotary Club of Collingwood-South Georgian Bay of which he is soon to be president in 2012. This passion and energy also extends to Dr. Miller's involvement with the PowerDent team.
